PRODTAG is used to identify product origins and to protect products against counterfeiting.
PRODTAG will be offered in the format of label, security seals or stamping colour.
Counterfeit security
Customer-specific genetic information Each format will be provided with a customer-specific genetic information. Labels and security seals are having consecutive numbers. Each label or security seal is unique. The TAG-numbers and genetic information assinged to a customer will be defined by DNAfor arbitrarily. The genetic information associated with labels or seals is unknown to our customers. Labels will be provided with an additional security seal on its back, which has the same number as the label on its front side. Each format is protected against counterfeid by its variable genetic information.Traceability & Transparency
The format selected by the customer with its serial numbers and customer data, as production location, production period, etc. will be entered into our database, which is available to the public. Database query Customers, intermediaries or end users do have the option to enter the number of the label or security seal on our website in order to determine the manufacturer and the product origin.PRODTAG
